335 Cummins 6-Cylinder

5-Speed, 3-Speed Auxiliary

Truck Information:
This 1952 “Bullnose” Kenworth KCK was a real work horse. It was purchased new by the Dressler Ranch in Gardnerville, NV and used to haul cattle until the end of the 20th century. Custom cattle racks were installed in the truck and trailer to improve efficiency; they are still in the truck today. The 1952 Utility trailer on the back was extended about five feet when length laws changed in California and Nevada, making the whole unit 65’. Jim Dobbas purchased the truck in 1991 and used it to haul cattle to his farm in Sierra Valley, CA until 1999 when the truck was retired. This truck’s chassis weighs 16,190 pounds and has an impressive gross weight of 42,000 pounds. Top Speed: 50 MPH
